Megan Lynn

RDN, CEDS (telehealth only)

I'm Megan (she/her/hers)! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp). I earned my Professional Science Master's degree in Applied Nutrition with a Dietetics Emphasis from the University of Arizona.

I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals recovering from eating disorders and disordered eating. My clinical experience spans multiple levels of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and a wide range of eating disorder presentations.

I am passionate about helping people rebuild trust with food, cultivate body respect, and challenge the harmful messages of diet culture. My work is grounded in Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size® (HAES®) principles, and evidence-based nutrition recommendations.

I provide individualized nutrition counseling and behavior change support that meets you where you are in your recovery journey. Together, we will create sustainable, meaningful changes that support both your physical and emotional well-being.

My Approach

My approach emphasizes compassionate, individualized care that honors your unique experiences, lifestyle, and values.

I focus on helping clients break free from restrictive dieting, rigid food rules, and cycles of guilt and shame around eating. Through medical nutrition therapy and personalized nutrition counseling, I support individuals in developing a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and their bodies, one rooted in self-trust rather than external rules.

Using a mindful eating and non-diet approach, I empower clients to pursue long-term well-being through sustainable habits rather than temporary solutions. By emphasizing nourishing foods, enjoyable movement, and mental health support, I promote health outcomes through a weight-neutral lens while respecting body diversity and lived experiences.

Whether you are seeking recovery from an eating disorder, healing from chronic dieting, or working toward a more peaceful relationship with food, I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space for growth and healing.
