Brittany Arnot is the Human Resource Director for Counselors of Texas/Side by Side as well it's sister companies, Hagbros Precision, and Protec Industrial Coatings. With over 18 years of experience in HR Management, Brittany is responsible for all facets of Human Resources including Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding, Training, Employee Relations, Payroll Processing, Employee Retention, Conflict Management, Benefits, and Performance Management.
Brittany has created and implemented programs such as the Employee Volunteer Program, Employee Recognition Program, Second Chance Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Program, and the Hagbros Engineering Residency Program, as well as monthly Servant Leadership models.
Brittany is passionate about service to others and creating an inclusive, diverse, and positive company culture based on the Servant Leadership business model. She believes leadership built on this type of management style greatly affects how we interact with each other, our clients, and the community at large.
Brittany has been married for almost 25 years and has 5 children. She attended Texas State University and is proud her oldest daughter followed in her footsteps to become a Bobcat. Brittany volunteers at local youth sporting events, the Central Texas Area Food Bank, and is a Board member of several community organizations.
